The CEMS Hydrological Data Collection Centre (HDCC) analysed all the hydrological data received during 2017 from the EFAS partners i.e. the EFAS data provider network. 

The report includes and analysis on the general hydrological conditions, gaps within the data collection, observed hydrological threshold exceedances and the flood event in North Italy from November/December 2017.
